To whom it may concern:
I talked to the FBI (Oklahoma City) Duty Officer today (10- 2-9 (3:16pm)) about the problems I am facing and others. I have included a copy of those problems below. He did not think that microwave technology could kill whether portable or on a satellite and he stated there had been research that shows that it doesn't kill. If only, he could be placed inside of a microwave oven. You see, the only differ between microwave ovens, portable microwave devices and those on a satellite are the distant they are from the target. Any form of microwaves can affect the body, if it is causing the body to heat up it is affecting the body. Microwave technology that is used as a weapon kills when the victim is in deep sleep but, there is a new weapon that can kill some of us instantly by destroying the nerves at the point of contact, whether it is the heart or head. He also said if the problems listed below are real others would express this fact. The problem is the average person wouldn't be aware of this kind technology and it use being of that of a weapon. Why would a doctor look for such a cause of death? For the most part, they are innocent to this evil. They have no idea as to what symptoms to look for. Anna N. Smith and Michael Jackson had no clue that microwave technology was causing their sleep apnea. But, I believe everyone around them knew. There are many who are aware of this technology and it capabilities, but they are those who are use it. The dead have been known to speak, but this has been a silent death so far. Still, Anna N. Smith and Michael Jackson said a lot when they were alive. It is sad, I only heard them after the fact. Michael Jackson's autopsy revealed that this technology affected his lungs. His nurse said, he told her on the phone one side of his body is hot, really hot and we know he had sleep problems. This is enough evident to say that microwave technology was used on him regularly. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed and investigated, if nothing more the symptoms as a result of being exposed to such technology, publicized.
The OKC Duty Officer showed no interest in checking out the devices I use to detect the present of microwaves. The Duty Officer stated he was not aware of the ADS device (Active Denial System). This device was listed in the news. Over all he did not show much interest in my situation. Basically he stated if there is no physical evident the FBI couldn't do anything about it. When asked who should I go to, he said maybe I should go to the police? What would a police office know about dealing with a portable microwave or satellite system that is used for killing? I asked for another agent, he said they would be the same as him. His overall behavior suggested to me he is party to these activities. His lack of knowledge on the existent of the devices listed below and showing no interest in learning of them or checking out my facts about them also reveals he is a party to these activities. His behavior was more of that of denial to conceal the reality of these situations existing.
I need help and he offered none. He did say maybe I should see a doctor about my body heating up that it could be a medical problem. Still, my body is not making my radar detectors go off.

I faxed a document on portable microwave (PR) devices on 8/3/09 to the FBI (Houston, TX). I found their use on me since has stopped some what. However another device took over full time where PR's left off. A satellite I call the Death Star. This satellite is new to the sky or it present position which is south at about 35 degrees, seen at midnight. Although on 10/2/09, at 9:00 P.M. I observed Death Star being positioned SW. It rises in the East and moves to west. Sometime it is along beside the moon. It is the brightest star in the sky at night and can be seen even under city lights. It's heights in the sky makes' it difficult to hide from. There was not much of a problem hiding from the old one or old positions. The Death Star has the same capabilities as PR's and more. It has the same effects on the body and more.
The Death Star has become a major problem for me and my health. Due to it's eavesdropping capability it is not only a problem for me, but a problem for all industrials and law enforcement (FBI) secrets. As such, it becomes a stock market problem and can make solving certain law enforcement cases' difficult. From my understanding of the present technology available it can see what is taking place inside the building as well as hear. While it may have a problem with brick or metal walls, it's height in the sky allows it to see through the roof. These technologies are steps above the days of the cold war microwave eavesdropping devices.
I call this satellite the Death Star since I believe it has killed. From what I have observed it is most effective at killing when the victim is outside in the open. This is where I have encountered the most dramatic effects. It is also where I have notice others have died of a heart attack, like John Hughes (8-6-09) while walking and Jake Logue (8-21-09), while on the football field playing for Sullivan South High School. I have also notice that other victims whom I believe have died of microwave technology who has been unresponsive when CPR is applied like Jake Logue is Anna N. Smith and Michael Jackson. I believe they become unresponsive because this technology has neutralized their nervous system or nerves in the heart. CPR or defibrillation can be administered all day and it would be useless under such conditions.
To enhance it killing abilities the Death Star also has EMP (electrical magnetic pulse) capabilities which can kill sensitive chips found in some electronics, in certain automobiles. By disabling the automobiles in a remote location puts the occupants at ricks of being exposed in the open and death by heart attack can following.
I believe there may be serial killings taking place that is targeting those individuals that spoken out against going into the present war (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/870845/posts). If not killed, they are suffering from debilitating illnesses, like cancer. I believe Senator Ted Kennedy and Johnnie Cochra were victims of this technology.
I have found two of the microwave frequencies death star use with radar detectors. This is one of the ways I knew it was attacking me. It follows me 24/7 and causes the body to heat up, stress and other discomforts. When something is bothering me, I normally find out what it is. I believe it also uses an electromagnetic force of 95 gigahertzes, which gives it the same capabilities as the ADS device (Active Denial System). I believe it employs the technology of the pulse rifle, the technology that kills. I believe it is also capable of employing H.A.A.R.P in it use. The word is H.A.A.R.P.'s, with the use of a satellite it is possible to look under ground. There is another technology, which I find difficult to believe, is the Death Star can retrieve information from a PC. If it is somehow accessing the PC's wireless LAN card, then I can believe this technology. We have no idea as to what back doors are accessible on our PC's.
I wonder why is such a star over the USA?
On September 17, 2009, at 0100 hours, I stop at a rest stop on I-49 N, in Louisiana. I went to sleep and was awakened by the security guard there who said he needed a jump for the security vehicle to make his rounds. I drove over to give him a jump, in the process he revealed too much information trying to justify why he needed a jump. His own car was ten feet away, but he awakened me. His security vehicle had no problems starting. He did not need a jump. His purpose was to lure me outside my vehicle so the Death Star could target me. It did. I did not feel it until I was back inside my vehicle. The pain of it escalated with time. It did not kill me as it did Jake. In my travels across the country I have encountered other situations that were to lure me outside my vehicle most I avoided, like a vehicle allegedly broken down. I use to stop and help broken down motorists. I stop when I realized many of them did not have a problem with their vehicle.

Smith (2-08-07), Michael Jackson (6-25-09), Jake Logue (8-21-09). I asked an agent today (8/3/09) about PR's and the law relating to them. The receptionist, nor the agent acknowledged any awareness of these devices. The FBI agent informed me to fax what I had. This device has become the weapon of choice used on us, by our unknown enemies, mostly. At an early age, in the military, I learned from one of my sergeant that some of us like killing, when he stated he joined to kill others. PR is a portable device capable of firing electromagnetic-waves within or above microwave frequencies. What are microwaves? It is the electromagnetic force which heats' food in microwave ovens. These portable devices perform the same functions. Why should we fear PR? These devices can interfere with or interrupt nerve impulses to the body. They can and cause cellular damage and other body malfunctions. In short, it can cause instant death or other health issues, like cancer.
The following are some of what can be experienced when we are being exposed to PR (microwave technology). It will cause two or more of the following in combinations (What I have experienced):
The room temperature is 77 degrees or lower. It is unexplainably hot. We may think we are experiencing hot flashes.
Body is hot only on one side or certain areas of the body.
Aching around base of teeth
Body aches or headaches
Chest pain or pain in certain areas
Insect bites or ting like sensations
Acid indigestion or sour stomach, diarrhea
Heart rate increase or irregular
Can't fall asleep or wake up to heart racing, heavy breathing, perspiring and feeling hot (room temperature normally comfortable)
Muscle weakness or lack of full control
Breathing complications
Sleep problems, sleep apnea
PR is often used on us when we are sleeping. These devices are most effective in deep sleep. In this state less energy is used to control our bodies. In such a state PR can interrupt nerve impulses to the body and cause breathing or the heart to stop. Under normal conditions we are awake by a process called sleep apnea. If we have consumed certain drugs to induce sleep like Anna Nicole Smith or Michael Jackson we can die. Certain drugs disable or over rides the functions of sleep apnea and it cannot awake us. The following are some of the medical complications exposure to PR (microwave technology) can cause:
Depression or other mental problems (memory lost)
Weight gain
Loss of S.A.M (sexiness, attractiveness, & magnetism)
Organs aging - shortness of life
Weakness of muscles, becoming uncoordinated, or muscles debilitation
Breathing complications
Nervous conditions
Tumor-cancer
Stroke
Heart disease or heart attack
Death
Those who would use PR do not value others lives. PR is often used on those the user doesn't like due to jealousy. PR is a silent killer. There is no evident of foul play when PR is the cause death or contributed to other health problems. The only reasons the average person would possess PR's are for criminal intentions. These devices have their use in law enforcement. With these devices the user can see through walls. It can focus on the movement of the heart beating or breathing. From my experience and belief, it is some of the law enforcement who is using these devices abusively. I also have found that some 18-wheelers drivers carry these devices.
